This design is a mash up between DANGEROUS LIASONS and the late 90’s remake CRUEL INTENTIONS.
The image is of the Marquise de Merteuil and Vicomte de Valmont from the original set in 18th Centuary France, with a quote which is from an exchange between the same characters in the New York set remake.
