The Addams Family, with their eccentric spookiness and oddball humor  benefits greatly from the amazing casting  led by the outstanding Raul Julia and Anjelica Houston, nearly every single family member wears their role with an unreal amount of dignity, making the fairly standard plot completely memorable. This was Christina Riccis breakout role as Wednesday, and she became instantly iconic with here  blank expresions, and dead pan line deliver of quotes like "I'm a homicidal maniac, they lookjust like everyone else..."
